Nature's Cure is a homeopathic acne remedy. The package contains tablets and a tube of cream(benzoyl peroxide). There is a male and female formula but I just think it's marketing. I doubt there is any difference in contents.

You take one tablet in the morning and one tablet at night. The cream is optional. Most people I know toss it and stick with their current regimen.

It takes about a month to see a marked improvement but it works if you give it enough time to. It may not completely "cure" it, but I noticed a decrease in the amount and severity of the breakouts I did have.

I recently started taking it again. I had stopped because the Walgreens' and CVS' here stopped selling it. I found about 4 packs in the Walgreens discount bin for like $2.74. So I grabbed them all. :look:

I have been taking it for 3 days now and I have actually seen a difference in the amount of oil my skin has been producing already! I didn't toss the cream...I have been using that as well (once a day) just to see how it goes, but the rest of my routine is pretty much the same. I and going to try it for 30 days and I'll start a new thread to tell you guys how it went!

I used it a few months back while I was on a 3 step acne plan. The products caused irritation which lead to more breakouts, but being that I was doing too much at once I couldn't tell whether NC contributed or not. My skin doesn't like BP so I don't use the cream now, just the pills. I'm on the 3rd week and I have seen improvement.
