I suffered for a year with horrible acid reflux that was only minimally helped at best with presciption medications. I had a pain in my chest that was so bothersome, and nothing really made it go away. I decided to try ACV as a last resort when a friend reminded me that it heals many ails. I put two tablespoons in a quarter of a glass of water and downed it like a shot of liquor. Within 15 minutes I began belching profusely and once that calmed down, my chest pain was gone! http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif I have been taking my ACV remedy twice a day for a month and have totally stopped my meds(they didn't do much good anyway). Yeah for ACV!!

ACV is like a miracle liquid according to several internet sources. I'm trying to get back to taking one tsp. in a cup of water before my meals. I also heard that one tsp. was just as effective as one Tbsp.

I have always loved ACV, even before I knew it had many health benefits. I started "drinking" it when I was a teenager. (in small portions, but not mixed with water... I like the "tart" taste http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif). I was surprised to find out about three years ago of all the benefits of ACV.

I am finding that my body has always craved things that I later find out have many health benefits.
