Ulta has UDPP on sale for $16 plus a 20% off coupon in their sales paper (can be found online or in the store).

At $13 I might have to try it...though I don't know a thing about make-up

If it hasn't shipped you can still cancel your order. However if you ordered $50+ you didn't have to pay shipping @ Sephora and you would at the UD site if you didn't spend $75. (Trying to help you find a bright side)
