Hey ladies.. I was just thinking and it came to me.. I always have an appetite.. wiether it be I'm hungry for real or i'm not ...so my question is What's a good way to curb and appetite that way i can cut back on some of the foods i intake.. I drink water all the time so water doesnt curb anything for me..lol. I heard somewhere that drinkin Vinager will help but the taste of Vinager isn't exactly the best in the world..lol..soooooooo ummmm HELLLPP http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Vinegar..yuck usally I try to keep my self busy if I get boredum hunger pains. Like cleaning or washing my hair. For food I used to eat fat free popcorn and that would keep me snacking for along time.
yeah i usually do the same if I start getting hunger pains I just ignore them and eventually they go away and I'm not hungry anymore till later

I've had luck with the Citrimax supplement - garcinia cambogia and chromium - works well on appetite issues especially sweet cravings.
it really helps eating small meals 6 times a day you never become "real" hungry so that you might overeat. and you never feel that "full" feeling like you need to go take a nap.
