Hi bimbabe,
It really is working for me I can see the results. I'm actually seeing definition in my abs, and toner arms and I'm toner all over, but of course there's only a little room for slacking I do take some days off a month since I also run.
Looks like your really putting in the workout time it may hurt but it's worth it when you can wear whatever you want without worrying about how you look in it and get the right kind of appreciative looks from the men http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
