Hello Ladies,

I am your team captain and I am very excited about this challenge.
Personally, I am need to lose 17lbs. total. I am hoping to lose most of that during this challenge.


I would love to receive and send PM's and I will try to check this thread daily. Please GET FOCUSED because I am gonna be PUSHING YOU!!!!
I am all about visualing the things that I want to make them a reality we are the SLIM BLACK TEAM because after this challenge I want us to be able to be the slim ladies wearing little black dresses visualize yourself in a little black dress and go after it!!!!!

Is it okay with everone if I post pounds lost? I hate doing percentages!!!!!

I think pounds lost would be better. I also think the visualization piece is key. I just posted in another thread that I love Tia Mowry's figure. She will also be my motivation along with getting into a real little lil black dress. LOL.

I don't mind my weight or measurements being posted. It keeps you accountable. I will take my measurements tonight and my weight, and take starting pics and post.

Pounds lost sound better to me also. I'll take my measurements tonight and either pm your or post them here. I dont mind sharing my stats.

Well I have about 10lbs to lose. So far this year I have dropped 35lbs and since last year a total of 56lbs. I am a classic slow loser but hey it's better than gaining. Recently I just finished the couch to 5k program and happy to be back running again. It's a great program and there is a support thread around here too. I pay for the weight watchers online but rarely use it anymore :ohwell: and really need to start again. My starting weight is 166.6 and I hope to be at least 160 but if I lose some more I won't be complaining ;) So my workout plan is really running/jogging 6 days a week. Currently up 5K and hoping to be at 3.75/4miles miles by then end of the challenge.

I don't mind my stats being posted. I weigh 213 pounds. My total goal is 43 pounds, but my goal for this challenge is at least 15.

I hope its not to late to be add to the list... will pm actually weight to ypi.... I would love to lose about 40 pounds but i will start at 10 pounds a month. I wish i could lose some of these breast lol they weight maybe 15 pound each lol

I'm back at 211, checking in!. My long term goal is 145. I plan to reach 185 by the end of this challenge.

Starting weight: 189.6

My goal for this challenge is 10 pounds. My ultimate goal is 20 to 25 pounds. Last week I started cardio kickboxing classes 3x/week. I also have an appointment setup Friday with a personal trainer. We'll see how it goes! :yep:
