Welcome to the Biggest Loser Challenge. It's time to start getting fit for the holiday season. I know we all have a individual number of pounds we'd like to lose during the challenge; but, let's lose those pounds SAFELY!

Please remember to eat and also drink lots and lots of water ESPECIALLY those of you who are ramping up your exercise regimen during the challenge.

Those on team lavender, you may report your beginning weight in the thread or PM you beginning weight to me! I have already set-up our spreadsheet to keep track of our weight loss.

Today started out well, ate my servings of veggies, I did have some chocolate but I am sure I walked it off.
Now I am starving!
I think it is the b complex vitamins.

Today started out well, ate my servings of veggies, I did have some chocolate but I am sure I walked it off.
Now I am starving!
I think it is the b complex vitamins.

Today was good. I am using the biggest loser challenge to also transition COMPLETELY to raw vegan--today was a good day.

We also have two additional teammates Dee Raven and me2--welcome guys!

Hey! My starting weight is 147! Goal weight 130-135. I didn't eat too well today. I had a bagel w/ cream cheese and a glass of orange juice for breakfast, no lunch, and sum fries and boneless wings for dinner. I'll get it together though!

Hey everyone! My starting weight is 197. Today was a struggle for me because I couldn't sleep (work nights) so I wanted to eat all day. I managed to make it through. Even got in all my water which is a chore by itself. Only 25mins on treadmill though. Hey, tomorrow is another day!

Today was good. I am using the biggest loser challenge to also transition COMPLETELY to raw vegan--today was a good day.

I'll be transitioning to about 80% -90% raw!! Green smoothies and raw soups will be my friends for this challenge. :yep:

Checkin' In! :yahoo: I'll pm you my starting weight. :yep: Tuesday, I ran/walked 2 miles and did about 25 minutes on lower body weight machines. Today (Thursday) I will be running/walking 3 miles and doing about 25 minutes upper body weight training. I'm also eating healthier foods.

Let's do this lavender laaaaaaaadies!

Sorry, I took so long posting. I have been having computer problems this evening. My starting weight is 155.5. My goal weight is 140-145. I done pretty good today. I ate well and I went to gym and worked out for about 45 minutes.

Today was not a great day for me eating wise or exercisewise because I'm coming out of a cold. But I will post my weight tomorrow morning, and let the games begin!!!

I did ramp it up (Sn6) which is like 45 mins and it was not easy! The leg section is a killer. Now for my AM workout I'm going to do Cardio Party (TJ) which is 45 mins. Off to workout!!
