Ive been searching for a premium quality vitamin supplement that has OPTIMUM absorption characteristics.

I know there was a PDF floating around that was mentioned in this thread:

http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/showpost.php?p=4603007&postcount=10

But I haven't been able to get my own hands on it, and some of the people who were PM'd the document can't find it either:cry:

So, if any of you know where it is, let us know!

Other than that what are the best options for max absorption?

Shaklee?

Usana?

Nutrilite?

Other?

Please share!! And if you know the best brand for an individual supplement (biotin, silica, etc. feel free to share as well)
