I have noticed in the past few years that I no longer have menstrual cramps. Some times a lil' bit of cramps is good as a warning, but I am grateful.

Anyone else?

Only when I exercise consistently. Otherwise, I become an Advil addict during those few days.

Is there an opposite of a thanks button?

Just kididng Vev -- I am just very jealous of you!!

I had to start taking BC because I would be doubled up in pain with cramps. I don't like taking medicine (personal reasons) and I'm trying to find a way to get off the pill but I am SO scared of cramps. I once went to the hospital because they were so bad.

cramp free periods. If only. A girl can dreal.

They aren't bad cramps but cramps no less. I usually get sick though doing that.

Usually only the night before and the first day then they're gone. Sometimes I don't even get a warning.

I get very slight cramps (feels like I ate something that doesn't agree with my stomach too well) on the night before/first day of it coming. I'm on BC. When I was off BC, I would get medium sized ones the first day, and that's it. I'm glad I don't cramp that much.

Sounds like me.

But this was kind of strange, my last period I had a strange cramp in my buttocks. Very weird. Especially since I don't cramp at all in my abdomen.

Has anybody experienced this before?

Only when I'm on birth control. When I'm not on it, the pain is almost unbearable.

I hear natural progesterones work for this among many many other things. Let me see if I can find a few links for you...here it is:

Take your time and read through this site. I was so amazed that many of my female problems are linked to a decline of this wonderful hormone in my body. I will be ordering some from www.iherb.com (http://www.iherb.com). I think the brand name is Emerita. I really want it for my back pain, menstrual cramps, and overall stress handling.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT ALL LADIES GET SOME OF THESE, THEY WILL DEFINATELY COME IN EVEN MORE USEFUL TO US IN OUR LATTER YEARS.
