I'm cramp free, and I contribute that to child-birth and working out 6 days a week....

I have been eating raw consistently (50 to 75% raw) for the past 3 months, and my periods have been cramp free.
Yeahhhhh for raw !!

my cramps vary from month to month now, sometimes they are really sore, sometimes they are pain free (except for warning signs that its about to start)
However they are better when i started my periods when i was 13 i had no pain for the first 3 months then all heeeeeeell broke loose im talking bout not even being able to stand up straight and stuff so i was put on birth control pills by my doctor when i turned 14 but i hated them so after a yr i quit them but even though i have pain it has been much better than before
ive always been sporty especially in high school and i eat well so i guess its just the way I am

I don't have cramps. I don't work out or have kids. I just bloat. However, I do need Advil for that.

this is me, i hope childbirth dont change it!!
I wished for the same thing when I was pregnant. :yep: I have never had cramps. I'm happy to say that I didn't get them even after having my son two years ago. So you may may not develop them either. However, my knees ache 1-2 days during my period. It's the only physical sign my body has when my period is on (and it's been like this my entire life).

I'm cramp-free, but it wasn't always this way. When I first started having a period I would get cramps so bad, I'd be doubled over crying. It freaked my parents out. As soon as I hit my 20's all I got was a little bloating, very hungry, and not much else around that time of the month. I can't point to anything in particular that changed the experience for me.

When I was on the pill I didn't have cramps. When I used to exercise regularly, no cramps. Now my cramps aren't as bad even though I'm off the pill and don't exercise.

Only when I take black strap molasses semi-regularly or do stomach sit ups.

Since giving birth and getting off BC my cramps make me want to give birth again:perplexed
Sounds like me.
But this was kind of strange, my last period I had a strange cramp in my buttocks. Very weird. Especially since I don't cramp at all in my abdomen.
Has anybody experienced this before?
I thought everyone had cramps in the booty.:perplexed Thats were mine always are. Do I need to see the gyn:look:

Tell me more about this black strap molasses.
I have terrible craps that only started within the last 3 years.

I was cramp free after the birth of my first child. They came back with my second, but not as painful as before - no need to take drugs - and they come a week before my period and then again on the first day.

Not since I started oil pulling. That stuff saved me from contemplating a partial hysterectomy.

LOL, I was wondering if I should see a doctor.
Booty cramps must be normal then. I was just thrown off because I had never experienced it. I was just chillin' on the couch and all of a sudden I got this surge of pain in bottom. I literally jumped from the couch. I didn't know what it was until I remembered that I was on my period. I was thinking to myself "butt cramps, could it really be butt cramps"
I hope that doesn't happen again. That was a horrible feeling.
