I need to lose 12lbs. to get to my pre-pregnancy weight after that I may lose 5 more. This would be my ideal weight. Anyone else only need to lose 15-25lbs. to reach their ideal weight? Please join this challenge.Let's get back to our ideal weight once and for all THIS YEAR!

Twice weekly check in this thread
AT LEAST ONCE weekly weigh in. I try to weigh every week.
Daily exercise for at least 20 mins. (One free pass a week allowed)
Eating more balanced and share what you are eating.
That's all just keep motivated. To keep weight off is a lifestyle change!

Girl I was about to start a countdown today on my fitness blog. Great minds think alike. I am def down for this. Q

I'm so in! I weigh 139 I want to get to 130 where I was before college. I'm starting colonix next week plus exercise program. I know it's not 15 pounds but I've been losing since this summer.

Count me in. I need to lose 15 lbs to get back to my ending college weight. Possibly lose 8 more, depending on how I look after losing the fifteen. My body's changed so my early college weight might not look so hot now.
I'm working out at least 4 days a week for at least an hour. And trying to improve my diet. Twice a week check ins sounds good.

I will get in...I am wrapping up Pinkskate's challenge and I did pretty good. I think I lost a total of 6 lbs over the last 45 days or so. I need to lose 10 more.

I want to lose between 9 - 13lbs, I already lost 8lbs since last month. My goal is to get my body fat down to the mid teens to the lower 20's. and get my waist to a 24. I'm trying to do that hip to waist ratio.. So my waist is like a 26.5 now and my hips are like a 38.. I will be working out like 6 days a week and will only be eating fish, nuts, fruits, whole grains, veggies. I been doing this for like a month and a half so far and its not hard. I will also do hiphop abs, which really helped my waist to get down. Last month when I started my waist was 28 or 29. I will also increase weight lifiting. Light weights for upper body and heavier weights for lower body, since i want shapely legs and butt..

Cardio - run 2x a week, turbokick on wed. and whatever i feel like doing during the week maybe a dance class or something or the stepper..

Okay I am in I have lost 6 but would like to lose abot 15-20 more pounds, But I am focusing more on shaping my body up than losing. I just went and got me a new Yoga DVD and a Tae Bo Cardio, So this is wonderful!! by then end of the year I should be done and just maintaining.

I'm in. I need to lose 15 pound to reach my goal and its simply the hardest thing. I keep killing my weight lost efforts. I need a challenge like this to keep me going.

I would like to lose 10-15 pounds...so I'm in. I've gotten pretty good at controlling my portions and choosing the correct foods.

I will join. I lost 4lbs already this week. I want to lose about 16lbs by the end of the year so that's about 5lbs a month

I want in! I want to lose about ten lbs by the end of the year. Im going to do it by eliminating sugar and fast foods. Im going to eat mainly whole grains, veggies, fruits and lean meats. Im going to work out at least four days a week. I want to stength train upper and lower body on alternate days.

I'm in also. I have lost 10lbs so far and I still have another 10-15 that I want to lose by the end of the year.

LADIES PLEASE NOTE I MADE CHANGES TO THE ORIGINAL POST.

The challenge will close to new challengers next Saturday. Because this is not a fad diet thread this is a lifestyle change thread so no quick fixes we will take til the end of the year to get the weight off the right way so it will STAY OFF!!!!!

I will also try to keep everyone motivated. Please PM me if you want regular reminders PM'd or any other way I can help.

yesterday I worked out to Jillian Micheals (from the Biggest Loser) the dvd. It was tough. I am doing this again today. I also already took a long walk today.

EVERYONE remember to drink lots of WATER WATER WATER

I'm in. I'm always "only" 10-15 pounds away from my ideal weight. It would be great to lose it, once and for all. I set a personal goal to lose it before I go back home for Christmas. I haven't been home in 2 years, it would be nice to go back a few pounds slimmer. I'm tired of my parents making comments about how my "hips are looking wider". :ohwell:

I am in, and I need to lose about 15 pounds or more. I am already starting to lose, and I am working out so hopefully I can get down to like 145 or less. I am about 160 now, but when I am at 145 I look like I weight about 125-130. I am really muscular.
