Sephora Trip

Ok, today I went to Sephora, and I got some great items, but there was one item that I bought, and I love it.(I luv,luv, luv it screaming with my best Oprah impersonation) It looked so crazy in the store, but the associate assured me that it would look beautiful on me, and it does!!! I don't have pictures of me in yet, but I wanted to share the experience.
By the way when she showed it to me; I was scared, but I trusted it her, and it was a great decision. Here is the item.

I had so much fun, but girlfriend did not get it. She was umm, it's only makeup. Why are you spending so much money on this?

I always spend so much money when I go out to buy cosmetics. While at Sephora, I also tried the new Make Up Forever HD foundation. It is amazing; I loved it. I really liked everything, but by far the purchase for the day was the blush. I could not believe that it looked so great on me, and I am a brown skin girlie. It is nowhere near as orange or red as it seems in the case. My next purchase will be the Makeup Forever HD foundation, Nars Orgasm lip gloss, and the Dior Show Mascara in black.

I really don't understand the fascination with Dior Show...I absolutely loathe that mascara. I've been hearing good things about the HD foundation, I may have to try that...congrats on the blush it's always nice when you find that one that looks amazing on your skin!!

I currenly use Dior show and it's pretty good but I think i can find some better for the price.

I lubbs me some Sephora. Good for you op!! I have a $25 gift card and i think i'll buy some more of my Philosophy amazing grace perfume because I am fresh out.

Sephora is so much darn fun. Just sooo many things in there. Crazed is next on my Nars Blush list. Exhibit A did not work for skin tone.

I use MUF's face & body liquid foundation but I would have to mix two to get something to match my complexion in the HD collection.

I bought MUF's lift concealer which works great under makeup and their aqua eyes pencil. I also bought Stila's tinted moisturizer which can be worn alone since it gives you such a glow and gives you such a healthy look (this is definitely a keeper :yep:).

I got this great sephora eyeliner brush to apply powdered eyeline (great brush). I usually use Nars' blush but I got Tarte's cheek stain (a gel) . I bought mascara, cologne and more....

Someone said that they knew of a better mascara than the Dior Show, can please point me in the direction of it. I am open, and I want the best if you can help me. I also found some perfume that I loved as well, it was name "CLEAN", and I love it. I also almost bought the Tarte cheek stain, but I have had acne in the past, and I was concerned with the way it would look on my skin.

I didn't have good results with Dior Show at all :ohwell:. I alternate between: Smashbox Bionic Mascara, Lancome L'Extreme, Givenchy Phenomen Eyes.

I spend way too much when I go in there. My last trip (last Friday night), I bought the UDPP, L'occitane Roll on Deodorant that Allandra speaks so highly of, and samples of the MUFE HD Foundation.

As far as mascara, I like Lancome High Definicils.

Try the too faced lash injection mascara. I used to use Dior Show and loved it. The Too Faced mascara is even better in my opinion. It doesn't flake, it has great definition, and my lashes still feel natural. I also swear that it has some type of conditioner or something in it b/c even when I don't have it on, my lashes have been looking much better.

i love diorshow blackout (except for when it is time to take it off)...but too faced sounds divine. i might try it.

we get a sephora this fall...best believe i will be getting the MUFE and a blush.
