It may help to let us know what your skin type is. :)
Take MSM. It has my skin glowing, and my pores are miniminzed. Not to sound vain, but my skin looks incredible, everyone has been giving me compliments and I can't stay outta the mirror. I take 1000 mgs of powder that I bought from Vitamin Shoppe. Make sure you drink it with orange juice, vitamin C makes it work better.
Here is a thread about it:

Beautiful skin comes from the inside, so drink plenty of water, never drink sodas and avoid fast food.
I wash my face with baking soda and sea salt, it has been fading my dark spots. Here is the thread on that:
http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=123841&highlight=baking+soda+sea+salt
Or you could do oil washing. Alot of women reaped benefits from that as well.
Also put Milk of Magnesia on your face and sleep with it on. It works wonders. Pimples are completely gone by morning, and my skin is sooo smooth.
Hope this helps

Can MSM be used to help with hair growth as well?
Can I take the MSM in Pill form?

1. Drink plenty of water. Moisturize from the inside, if you will.
2. Wash makeup off every night.
3. Use a moisturizer for both day and night, preferably the fewer ingredients, the better.
4. Visit a steam room when accessible/available or you can get a face steamer and do that, say, once a month.
5. For under-eye darkness, it is my understanding that one reason for dark circles is due to issues with digestion. I have personally noticed that when I eliminated meat from my diet, the darkness under my eyes lightened DRAMATICALLY in a short amount of time.
6. Reduce/eliminate excess of salt/sugars/high fructose corn syrup from your diet.
7. Wash makeup brushes regularly.
8. Wash pillowcases regularly.

Sis, I think you have combination skin, not dry. :yep: If you were to have dry skin then even when you don't wash it, it will remain dry. The fact that it feels dry and tight when you wash it suggests that it's not so oily that oil starts up as soon as you've washed it. Do you have an oily t-zone - that is, forehead, nose-bridge, and cheeks (and, I think, chin)?
Also, if what you're using when you wash your face makes it feel dry and tight, you might be promoting oil-gland over-production as your skin tries to compensate for being so dry. If you use things that are too drying (washes that are essentially detergents :nono:) then you might fixing one problem (dirty face) and creating another one (oily skin).
What are some other characteristics of your face? It sounds like you have acneic skin if you have spots; where does the acne tend to appear, and when? Is it mild? Moderate? Severe? What products are you currently using? What do you use to moisturize your skin? If you could please provide this information, it will help guide others' suggestions. :yep:

What are you eating/drinking? Are you exercising? What supplements, if any, are you taking? What is your current regimen?
