What are your thoughts/routine on lip products

I want to wear it... But to me lip makeup is difficult unlike eye makeup and others where you can set it and forget it...I have a few kinds of gloss in my purse but I sometimes forget to wear it and when I do it never stays on very long...I just find this a difficult thing to maintain...Sometimes I see people reapplying theirs and then I remember it...I don't know :perplexed

I'm a lip gloss junkie. I always have like 7 in my purse at all times because I mix the colors. I also forget to wear them, but I like lip gloss because it doesnt leave behind stains once it wears off...so I don't feel pressure to keep applying throughout the day.

I have the same problem but MAC just came out with some long wear glosses, it has a top coat that keeps it on longer... I will be trying them :yep:

I like Covergirl Outlast Double Lipshine (http://www.covergirl.com/products/product.jsp?productId=outlast_double_lipshine). It is not a gloss but it makes your lips shiny like a gloss. I always get them on sale at the drug stores. If your going to use this you should exfoliate first and you might need to reapply half way through the day. It starts to flake off sometimes.

I also recommend Loreal infalliable lipcolor (http://www.lorealparisusa.com/_us/_en/default.aspx#page=top{nav|media:_blank|overlay:_bl ank|diagnostic|main:brandpage:infallible|userdata//d+d//}). It lasts most of the day for me. sometimes I reapply after lunch. I have never tried the 8 hr gloss but I like the lipstick. Plus it has a mirror on the outside.
