Basically, I put on whatever colors I want from my makeup drawer then put those shadows/blushes in my bag for the day.

This is a good idea. I used to carry spritzers for public bathrooms in case they were stinky.

I'm a milk chocolate complexion. You can check my profile picture.

It's funny because I first discovered the powder when a makeup artist said he used it on Queen Latifah and that any skin tone can use it.

It sort adds a bit of brightness/highlight to my face. It's not flat like standard blotters.

I use to carry a makeup bag but I don't anymore. My makeup normally stays on all day.

Now in my purse, you will find:

4 or 5 glosses - Whatever I wear that day, I always throw it in my purse; but I will forget to take them back out.

My Fav Victoria Lipstick (Nude color that goes with everything and feels sooooo good on the lips!)


I keep an emergency bag of makeup in my desk drawers. (For those super late mornings I am pressed for time.) Since I don't use it often, I keep products that are not really staples in it. (Something I wouldn't get too mad if it happened to grow legs and walk off.)

I use to wear the compact foundation in Warm Almond. :imo: It's worth the 40 bucks. Beautiful. I used the powder in Golden Orange. Just the word ORANGE scared me. I thought, this white chick is crazy! I refuse to walk around with the Fashion Fashion orange makeup look. Let me tell, it was heavenly!!! (not orange at all.)
