For the most part I just use dish soap for just regular bubbles
(and it does a pre-cleaning to the tub while you bath )
Also weekly I shave w/ olive oil.

I think I'll start encorporating some salts on a regular basis, too though. Probably just regular Epson.

What do ya'll use??

Epsom salt, baking soda, kelp powder, goat milk powder, sometimes all mixed together. I have been planning to take a bath for months and haven't done it yet, perhaps tomorrow. :ohwell:

Dang girl, I thought I was doing big things with baking soda and Palmolive. Where, oh where do you find kelp powder and what is it's purpose?

I use Epsom salt only if I need it after a work out.

Almost all my baths consist of Powdered Milk and Honey OR Baking Soda.

Is that regular honey or crystallized/powdered honey? Wondering how it dissolves in the water...

After showering, I like to use powdered milk and/or leftover half and half in my bathwater. Sometimes I put one drop of peppermint essential oil in it.

I'm allergic to everything else.

:lachen: I got it from Essential Wholesale a while back. I got it for its detox properties. I have also used it mixed with conditioner on the hair too. :yep:

Regular old honey. It dissolve very well. I sometimes put water in the bottle if it's near the end.

I was coming to post in here and noticed I already did.

I still use milk and honey. (My favorite!) I also use bath salts from time to time.

Bath Bomb or bubble bars

I have scented salts that I haven't used yet.
