Relume Repigmentation Phototherapy for Stretch Marks

I know that nothing can cure stretch marks.. once the skin is damaged, it's damaged, but from what I understand about this prouct called Relume, the hypopigmentation that occurs as a result of them can be treated. Has anyone ever used Relume or heard of it?
