While searching for a swatch of UD eyeshadow, I ran across this site (http://compare.raquel13.com/), which has become my "go to" reference for swatches.

Swatches are categorized by color, and you can even do side by side comparisons. :yep:

Its great!

If she were brown, it would be a great resource. Especially for MAC products. I have found that I cannot trust a swatch on a white person for lighter shades or shades that are duochrome. What may look pink or white on them can often look gold and yellow on me. I have been thrown off a few times with swatches from people that are no where near my skin color.

Thanks for the link!

nice! but i do agree with 1QTPie about the colors changing on different skintones. What looks one way on someone fair skinned is going to look really different on someone with a deeper skintone, but it is still a great resource! Thanks!

You're welcome. :blush3:

And ITA 1QTPie and Devin. I find that I use the site more as a tool to help me discern the subtle differences between similar colors on a company's web site (MAC's Sable vs. UD's Twice Baked for example).

That site has definitely helped me save a few dollars (no more dupes). :yep:

Have a great week
