I drink the apple cidar vinegar with hot water and honey. It was suggested that I take a probiotics to add in good bacteria that the ACV would take away. My friend suggested I just eat Yogurt.

I think yogurt is the natural way, but I could never figure out how much I needed to eat to get the benefits of the pills. I ate 1-2 6oz cups of yogurt everyday and never got the regularity that I did from the cheapie $3 pills from Target gave me.

I eat the yogurt with additional probiotic added in and I also add 2 TBL to my juice. It really helped clear up my skin and my digestion has better. I don't know about the weight loss. It's only been two weeks since I started doing this.

I take probiotic capsules that you keep refrigerated twice a day. My mother takes a pill in the morning then opens a capsule and sprinkles it on her yogurt in the evening. A little more bang that way probably.
ETA: I have a very sluggish system and it helps with digestion and regularity.

Can probiotics be taken while breastfeeding?
yes. They stay in the gut, and they are just to increase the ratio of good bacteria.:yep:
