I know I have been slacking on the fitness, but--butter wafer cookies aside--I have been eating clean. I've been getting plenty of greens and vitamin b rich foods. So how come I keep nearly falling asleep during my morning workout? Any recommendations?

Yes, drink more water. When you feel sluggish drink more water. So that toxins and waste can be removed from your body.:yep: Hope this helps.

Good question - I'm anxious to hear responses too...Not only can I not make it through a workout, but I'm also ready to bang my head on my keyboard at work every single day around this time...I hit a mid-day slump HARD - everyday and I can't stand it.

I've been feeling the same during workouts. I've started back on the ACV in the morning bc that always gave me energy. Hopefully it will work.
