I don't know if this has been posted before, but I thought I'd share these pics that a friend just sent to me of this 72 year old Black female body builder. I'm in awe of this 72 year old womans body! Unbelievable!! :shocked: I never thought it was possible to keep all of that muscle mass that late in age. How inspiring and motivating :)

Wasn't she on Tyra on one of those Guess your age shows?

Everybody thought she was in her 50s-60s. Some were trying to guess low like 55. She brok much face when she revealed her true age.
