I think I'm going through a slight binging phase right now. I have been cramming so much food in my mouth. Since Friday, I have finished 1 bag of mini peanut butter cups, 1 bag of kix bars and a full stuffed crust pizza...and those were just SOME of my snacks.

Let me give you a look at some of my current eating habits:

(b) Option 1: "Baked Omlette Sandwich" from Cosi. Translation: Cinnamon Rasin bagel, egg, bacon, and cheddar Option 2: "Grilled Panini Sandwich" from Corner Bakery. Translation: Egg, Bacon, and cheese on a buttery piece of bread. The entire thing is then panini pressed.

(l) Option 1: McDonalds - Fish meal, 2 chicken sandwiches or a Big Mac.
Option 2: Chipotle burrito with black beans, cheese, sour cream, pork, and lettuce. If I can manage, I'll say no to rice. :ohwell:

(d) Two giant bowls of tortellini with vodka sauce and cheese. We're talking cereal bowl size here, far more than the suggested serving size. Sometimes, I'll skip the pasta and grab a burger at Five Guys.

This is going to sound crazy, but since last week I have put on about 5 pounds. I was going to the gym like crazy but I haven't been motivated since last week. For awhile, I was really doing well - I dont know what happened.

Even though I haven't been to the gym in about 7 days, I continue to eat like I did when I was working out. Fatty, greasy breakfast. Lunch at Chipotle or McDonalds followed by some cookies or slice of pie 2 or 3 hours later. Bowls of pasta for dinner.:wallbash::wallbash:

WHAT IS GOING ON? How can I curb this? Also, can somebody sock it to me straight about my eating habits - how unhealthy are they right now/how many calories am I probably eating?

I need a food reality check. Thanks everyone.

BTW: I am not pregnant. I took 2 home pregnancy tests. Both came back neg.

Well, I know during PMS I become ravenous and have to fight to control myself form eating bags and bags of chocolate covered pretzels...but that's just it...you have to exercize some type of control. No one can do that for you.

On another note, are you depressed? Stressed? Is the way you're eating all of a sudden? If so, do some introspection as to why this sudden change in eating habits.

I am sure others will have more to contribute. Until then please pray and ask God for deliverance.

God Bless:rosebud:

Woah! That looks like some serious calorie intake lol.

If you want to track what you're eating you can use this website:

http://www.calorieking.com/

I entered "bagel" in the box and it showed that the dunkin donunts bagel breakfast sandwich is 540 calories. That's probably very similar to the sandwich you mentioned.

If you track your calories for a couple of days, it can be a real eye opener. It might make you think twice before ordering the fatty foods.

I don't have anything helpful to add, but that sounds exactly like me! I don't know what to do about it either, even though I know the reason for some of it.
Good luck to both of us.

I have days of neverending hunger like this. Sometimes no amount of food is enough and my appetite is endless no matter how much water I drink or how much protein, fiber, and unsaturated fat I eat. I've been trying to figure out how to stop it by reading self-help books and posting on sparkpeople.com.

Maybe you have a tape worm. Yuck. I don't know how you would find out if you do though. I haven't been on a binge in a long time, hmmmmmmm pizza sounds good. I tried to have McDonalds french fries yesterday but I took off from the traffic light to fast and they spilled on my car floor. I couldn't eat them after that. I hope this ends for you soon, binders are not fun
