Some may have remembered me posting about living in public housing and my husband being in fear for reporting the crime. Well as I stated then we really need to move.
Not only was the noise and crime horrible but on top of all of that housing was going to double our rent next year because of the increases that we have received in the last three years. There was no way that we were going to pay market price for a kitchen that two people can't be in at the same time.
So let me tell you about my daddy who is still in the blessing business even when you are not doing everything that you should be doing.
I work at a University and one of my professor was leaving to teach somewhere else. He was going to sell but that went through. We talked and he is renting us his townhouse at a discount. Now it is move than we are paying but I was/am stilling on faith and it necessary I started looking for a second job because dh is on a fixed income.
First blessing - The townhouse is everything I have prayed for: 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, large kitchen, living room, basement and garage, deck over looking the pond
Second blessing - No security depoist. Completely waived
Third blessing - Today we were there taking thing over and he is leaving most of his lamps and alot of furniture
Fourth blessing - Because he didn't get a chance to clean one room he knocked off $ 150.00 off of the first month rent and if we pay the rent on time each month he will take off $ 50.00 a month
Fifth blessing - He is going to help us save to be able to buy in a couple of years.
Yes daddy keeps on out doing himself and he is still in the blessing business
I just hate moving so much to do and so little time. Tomorrow is the official moving date. Thank you Jesus
