Which omega 3,6,9 for acne?

i've read some threads on this forum about people having great results after taking omega 3 6 9 to help with their acne. i was just wondering which brands people were using and which doses gave results? i have done some research and there is too much information!! i kept hearing of nordic natural but i cant get it here in uk.
i'd really like to try a more natural route to help clear up my acne (cleansers,toners etc) and help prevent new outbreaks.

Not sure, but why choose just one? All three are important for your body and can be found in most oils that people take eg flaxseed, fish oils. So my advice would be to get an oil and take it.

You need the good stuff for inside and outside and Nordic is the best since this is their staple but I know there is always another company just as good. Vitamin Shoppee has really good products.

nonie-i didnt mean which of the three to take but what is the best supplement with all 3 in at the best doses of DHA and EPA.

nordic naturals are so hard to come by in UK. i've never even seen or heard of them before. i will keep looking for the best alternative
