So, I've been itching to try the Olay Definity line (especially that foam moisturizer with Glucosamine complex) after being a fan of the Regenerist line for quite some time.
I pull into my local Walgreens yesterday since I have really run out of a decent face moisturizer and have only been using the Olay Regenerist Serum as a moisturizer as of late. When I walked over to my beloved Olay products and saw the price of that Olay Definity lotion  29.99!!! I just couldn't do it- with this recession we have and all. :nono: AND you're supposed to buy this other moisturizer with SPF to layer on top of the foam moisturizer- which of course costs another 29.99. I'm thinking okay- why couldn't they have added SPF to the foam product. The Regenerist line has always been close to half that price for the serums, etc.
Has any one actually tried the Olay Definity products including the one that I am talking about? I really want to get it but not without hearing some reviews to justify its price worthiness.

Thanks in advance.

I saw the price for those products...and heard my wallet scream in agony from inside my purse. :nono: I turned around and left the store.
There was no way I would pay that much money for that!

OKAY!!! The only reason I wanted to try it was to take my skin tone even method up to the next level and to work on some of the darker areas.

Skip this- I'm going to do the EVOO/CO method for a while. :yep:

Olay done lost they minds...

I wish I had some input for you. But I have never had the urge to get serum or moisturizer. For moisturizers, my Eucerin, Marykay, Cetaphil, and Serious Skin Care all work great for less.:ohwell:

I  the Regenerist Serum, esp. after a peel or after using the Microdermabraision scrub.

They do offer the Olay Definity Foaming Moisturizer w/UV protection. However, the cost is a bit pricey and the results are not that dramatic.

good news/bad news/good news

If you arent anti-Walmart... they gave a Equate ( Walmart brand) version of most every Olay product
usually its located right next to the Original in the case... sometime the Equate version looks so much like the original, your eye could pass right over it
Obviously the Equate version is MUCH cheaper

I LUV LUV LUV the Olay's Definity Eye Illuminator....

The Definity Eye Illuminator doesnt have an Equate version ( or one that Ive seen so far)

The Olay Definity Eye Illuminator has lasted me over 6 months even with daily use

I love love love the Olay Definity products. Yes, they are a bit pricey, but using them has given my skin a glow and evened out my complexion like no other products. I have the foaming moisturizer, but I will only use it at night because if you rub your face, it rubs off.

I have the Correcting protecitve lotion, the self repair serum, night restorative sleep cream; I also have a few of the regenerist products.

My skin has improved so much from using these products (3-4 months), that I only need to use concealer to cover my undereye circles and nothing else. I have never been able to do this. This products are worth the money. A little goes a long way, and I usually get my products when I get a couple from Ulta, Target has sales on them, and sometimes the newspaper will have coupons.
