Not to throw another workout routine in the mix, but has anyone tried this yet?
It was created by Tony Horton, the creator of P90X.
Let me know what you think about the system.

I haven't tried it but I was looking at the infomercial real hard this morning.
I like the idea of it and may give it a try when I get back from vaca...cause I've re-gained 20lbs and I feel like a big fat troll. I really need a kick butt routine.
Hope someone else answers that's tried it.

Did you try/get this yet? Any updates?
I was just going to make a thread about this. I like how the ladies seem to have a nice hourglass shape to them. Even those that might not be a natural hourglass.

I got my dvds this week finally cause I wanted to start sooner , I did my 1st workout and you wont believe how much sweating I did. I feel the burn and Im trying follow the 10 slim down a jean size menu exactly. Ill update later

I have the dvds and I dont really like it. First, you have to "stack" the dvds and do like 3 in a row in order to really see any effects. Also, Im not that impress by Tony. Like I just dont care for him and I have to click with the person on the dvd in order to keep doing more, know what I mean?..
Like Shawn T from hip hop abs, love to hate him and he does keep me motivated.
If anyone wants the dvds, Ill be more than happy to sell them. I only did the workouts twice.

Im thinking about buying this...but 89.95 I don't know. What if it doesn't work??? But then again there is a 30 day money back guarantee!!!!! But everytime I do weights, resistence bands, etc. I get heavier!!!!!!! I don't want to get heavier!!!! These are just some of the thoughts that are running through my head. Somebody PLEASE soothe me!!!!!! Should I or shouldn't I....That is the question:ohwell::ohwell::ohwell:

Hi, I'm a Beachbody Coach! I say go for it! I have 10 minute trainer and I get a great workout in 10 minutes. I sweat like I did 40 minutes of cardio. I think with the right diet, you could get great resultd just doing one of the workouts a day :grin:

Well if you follow the program you actually do a cardio+ one of the other workouts everyday so you do the cardio dvd everyday, then follow the meal plan 3 small meals 2 snacks, no soda, no sugar, no juice, just water for the 10 day lose a jean size. I've done just 1 dvd sometimes too, but I pick the body section I really need to work on. one of the posters is selling hers you may want to PM her.
