hey ladies! as you can see i'm really hyped about losing weight, but i wonder what my stomach is going to look like because i have all of this loose skin for pregnancy. does anyone have this issue and if so, how do you manage or did you get rid of it?

This is not from personal experience, but I just talked to a friend that has lost major weight and also worked for Weight Watchers and LA Weight Loss, and she told me that drinking plenty of water and taking some kind of fish oil supplement help the skin to gain some elasticity and be less loose. She also said that after keeping the weight off for a while (like a couple of years) the skin tightens up some too.

If you talk to your friend soon can you ask her what type of fish oil supplement? Since I have been loosing I noticed my arms are jiggly & loose. I want to keep loosing but loose skin is not cute. :ohwell:

I heard exfoliating soap made with ground coffee helps with cellulite, I wonder if it'll help with the skin too.

Are you weight training? Building muscle also helps as it gives your skin a taught surface to lay against.
