Alright, last year I joined a challenge (the Bootcamp one) and lost 20 pounds. I've maintained about 10 - 12 of it, and I'm really happy with my weight. Recently I have been feeling very fatigued, and decided to do something about it. Eating well. My goals are to eat some vegetables and fruits, dairy etc. Just have variety in my meals, which is hard because I live alone and am on a college diet.

Long story: I plan to log in each of my meals as a means to stay accountable to myself. If anyone would like to join me, we can make some rules. If not, I'll just update this daily and let everyone know how it's going.
