Spanishteardrops... she is the 1st runner up in the Bikini Survival Guide Challenge!:dance7::congrats::2cool:
She dropped 12.6 lbs and 1 dress size. She did a combination of the couch to 5k program and jogging/walking 5-6 days a week.
She also did a bit of elliptical use in there too.
And Spanishteardrops is also doing the Weight Watchers flex plan online.
