And I do all of these dances in the club too. OMG he just did the "tek wid yaself." hahahahahhaa hahahaha I can't stop laughing that he made this a "workout video" and not a "dance dvd."

If you guys don't know, Ciara also has a "how-to" dance dvd on her Evolution album. Peep that.

ETA: OMG I just saw the "fat to phat." WTFFFFFF hahahahahaha he's got the ho ho ho's in the back ground ahhahaahaha. I can't stop laughing. This is awesome. He's gonna make bank.

I would love to find a great dance hall workout. Whinin is so good for your thighs and belly:yep:

I put on some dance hall music and dance using my MP3 player. If I get back into leading exercise classes this is something that I will definitely look into doing.
