I burned 341 calories :ohwell: I can usually do that in 30, but I haven't been to the gym in a week.

Also did 20 minutes of ab work.

Ditto. I've been doing this for about 45 days straight... well since May 4th. I skipped one day to do that Callenetics tape.

I walked for thirty minutes on an incline of 5 and a speed of 3.0
I did one set of my ab routine
and two sets of my bicep tricep routine

* windsor 20-min pilates (i was supposed to do callanetics but i can't do an hour and then do 1hr cardio afterwards since i'm going to work. i'll have to postpone callanetics workouts until i finish my internship).
