I have been trying to complete this workout for 3 weeks and haven't done it yet. You go girl!!!!!
I have come to the conclusion that I hate yoga!:ohwell:

20 mins resistance tubes and weights
I did a new workout dvd. I own several tae bo ones but I just did billy's favorite moves. It was shorter than I like my cardio (43 minutes) but I still sweated and had a lot of fun! It was also very easy to follow. Since this video isnt as long as I like and since I it was a lot of fun I will save this video for the days I absolutely do not want to work out.

I took a cardio kick boxing class. I have never felt so sick in my life. I had to go directly home after. lol On the bright side I know I had a great workout. :)
