I did some ab crunches then went out and power walked 4 miles around a lake just up the road from my boyfriend's house for an hour. It was very invigorating.

Today's normally a rest day, but since family is visiting tomorrow I went ahead and did a quick work out just in case I don't get to it tomorrow.
I did 30 minutes of hill-intervals on the treadmill.

yesterday - it was going to be my rest day but I got bored and decided to workout (at 9am...too late!). I did abs, compound weight training, stability ball work and a few lower body exercises. A bit more than I'd usually do but hey...I really was quite bored. I upped my weights from 15lbs to 26lbs on a couple of moves. Fun stuff.
