saturday-40 minute intervals (walk/run) on the treadmill.
Lately, I've been consistent with cardio, I need to get on the ball with strength training! Oprah is doing 6 days a week strength training, focusing on different areas each day. I think I will do that as well. Chest/abs one day, arms/back the next etc!
