The Gold challengers can do 15-30-45 minutes minimum as time allows. I am doing my own personal challenge but i will post here what I am doing. I am hoping this won't intimidate or confuse anyone.:rolleyes:
My personal program will be :
15 minutes of yoga
15 minutes of aerobics
15 minutes of balance
15 minutes of running
You don't have to follow my program, just enjoy yours.:grin: I think Jessica will do a more hardcore challenge. Mine is just for beginners- if you plan to do wii fit 6 or 7 days a week.
