Hi everyone....

I am not newor anything but I don't post a lot. I just wanted to know if anyone has used this line of products for help with weight control. I eat the Good friends cereal ( /forums/images/graemlins/lick.gifyummy by the way) but I want to lose a few pounds and wanted to know if anyone could tell me about their experiences with the Go Lean line specifically.

I want to know about the nutritional bars and the shakes and I get to understand they have a new waffle out (I like waffles)....

The products are high in fiber and protien....two things that are very important for weight loss... /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I am thinking of basing my diet around this products and would like to hear anything anyone has to say about them.

Thanks in Advance!

I eat the Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal almost every morning. I just tried the waffles yesterday..they are pretty decent..especially the blueberry ones. I had a hard time finding them and ended up going on their website to do a search of the grocery stores of where they carried them. 2 waffles are 170 calories, 3g carbs, 8g protein, 33 carbs, 6g dietary fiber - not too bad!

Hey Diamond,

I lve the Kashi Go Lean bars (w/yogurt). They are the best tasting bars out on the market. They are kind of big though. I usually never finished a whole one. They are a great meal replacement.

Thanks Guys...I tried the Kashi Go Lean Crunch (yummy! /forums/images/graemlins/lick.gif) and I ended up buying 3 boxes....I love a good sale. Ad I ordered some of the bars from Kashi.com because I can't find them in any store and they don't charge anny shipping which is really good. Besides I know I will like them because the flavour you mentioned is one of my fave in any bar that I have ever tried. I am going touse the Cerealand the bars for 2 of my daily meals and I am going to have a fruit meal and 2 other balanced meals for the day.

Thanks for the help!

Do you have a Trader Joe's in your area? I know that they carry them there..

You all were right... I grabbed a Strawberry Vanilla Yogurt and Chocolate Peanut butter Kashi Go lean bar and they are really good! /forums/images/graemlins/lick.gif And I am VERY picky about taste/texture and what not.

Which meal do r would you replace them with?

Hey pmichael,

I usually replace breakfast witht eh Go Lean bars. Perhaps you could supplement lunch, but I wouldn't recommend dinner b/c they contain a high dosage of carbs and you wouldn't want to eat that many cards before bedtime.

Yeah, I did notice that, and lunch was exactly where I intended on putting them. Thanks!
