Has any here taken silica?

I'm considering taking it for nail growth, did it do anything for your hair though?

Hey!

I'm currently taking Alta Silica for nail growth. If I get positive results in my hair, great :lol:. I'm taking it primarily for nail growth though. I've only been taking it for 2 weeks so far. I haven't seen any changes in my skin.

I took Solaray Bamboo Silica for a few months and it made my skin FLAWLESS. I constantly got compliments on how clear and glowy my skin was.

But I ran out and didn't feel like re-ordering. I have pimples again :ohwell:
