Does anyone with acne-prone skin travel alot?

When I first moved from Philly to NC .. in the summer of 07 .. June, by July my skin was going crazy. I was COVERED [my face] with bumps, even my mom asked what happened when I went back for a day.

After being here for a while my skin adjusted, but then I went for a week during winter break and my skin started acting crazy again.
The same thing happened during spring break.

Im gonna be there for the WHOLE Summer! And I'm not tryna go through this.

Does anyone know how to nip it in the bud?

What are you currently using and your reg? Desert Essence facewash is great for acne prone skin and doesn't leave it dry.

My regimen is all over the place.:nono:

I try not to switch up, but I'm figuring out my skin. I need a gentle cleanser [I wanna try cetaphil] for the most part in AM, a gentler acne cleanser in the PM. But when PMSing need alot of extra.

This week I'm supposed to be drinkin 2 L's of water daily, hot water washing in the AM, and OCMing in the PM

Also: Where can you find Desert Essence? How much does it run for?

And I love your blog! That powder you raved about, the one the lady put on you, and you got later? I forgot the name, but where can that be found?

You can get Dessert Essence from Whole Foods, Trader Joes, natural food stores, etc....

The powder is Sue Devitt, I got it from Ulta. Thanks for taking a look at my blog:yep:

Also, check out Divine Inspiration's Acne Elimination Manual (http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=112326) tons of GREAT info. She's the one who got me and a few others to use Desert Essence.

You are going to have to adjust your regimine for NC, with the humidity that has been mad crazy here; it is a miricale I haven't broke out as of yet. With Philly being dry heat and NC moist heat, I do believe that is the source of your break outs.

Okay, so right now I'm in NC, and I'm leaving for Philly on Saturday; how should I adjust it? What do you do when going into dry heat?
