Has anyone been following Dr. Phil's weight loss methods? One of my co-workers read his book and lost 20 pounds already and she looks great. From what I understand, his basic premise is that you have to recognize what motivates you to eat because most of the time, we eat not from hunger but from boredom or stress or what have you. Makes a lot of sense to me because I know most of my problem is snacking when I'm bored.
I'm thinking about getting his book but wanted to know if any of you have read it. Thanks for any input.
