Shamefully, I have 3 different sizes in my closet because my weight fluctuates between seasons. The sizes range from a 5/6-9/10(current size). I'm definitely not overweight in fact, based on my height 5'10 this is where I should be(haven't gotten on the scale in a long time). All of my weight goes straight to my booty so 9/10 fits in the a** area, but not in the waist. Despite this fact I am more comfortable on the smaller end of the spectrum. I am fortunate that once I begin to lose weight it literally falls off. The problem is I cannot find the motivation to get off my butt and do what I need to do. I keep talking about how I'm going to join the gym, then I talk about how I'm going to join Curves and not soon after I'm talking about taking Yoga. What can I do to get myself out of this funk so I can have it together by the time the weather is warm? Help!!!
