Okay HondaHoney007, Syoulee1, Ipanema, Jfemme, Cutebajangirl, Chaya, Ebony, Levette (and whoever else wants to join, feel free too).
I am starting today (Mon. 3/15)

Brkfst - Raisin bagel with butter (i know, http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/spank.gif )
Lunch - Turkey Sandwich and chicken noodle soup (can u say ummm ummm good http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif )
Dinner - Oops, pizza (i had to guys... no for real, i did)
Workout - None

Breakfast:none
Lunch: Baked French Fries with chili sauce and cheese
Dinner: The same as for lunch
Workout 2nite: Ellipse (I'm gonna aim for an hour,I'll be happy with 45 minutes, 3 min abs

breakfast: Grands biscuit w/2 slices turkey bacon, cup white cranberry grape juice
lunch: McDonalds fish sandwich (split large fries and sprite soda w/my Boo)
dinner: Salmon pinwheel stuffed with shrimps and broccoli, pathmark lemon flavored iced tea.
Did Donna Richardson 3-day rotation tape (Circuit toning section)
Drank 24ozs water

Well, I'll start with the workout: upper body weight training & a 45 minute brisk walk.
Now for the bad stuff:
Breakfast: toaster strudel, morningstar veggie link, coffee
Snack: granola bar & some prunes
Lunch: egg rolls
Snack: doritos & some cookies
Dinner: egg rolls

Breakfast: none
Snack: guacamole doritos
Lunch: Sardines & crackers
Dinner: corn, green peas, sauteed cod, onions
Dessert: blueberry dump cake (waaaay bad, I know, but I had to get rid of it before my husband got to it. J/k - he's in excellent shape although he doesn't think so).
Workout - 24.5 minutes of 55-minute Total Sculpting by The Firm (I could not survive all those weights, but I finally have a workout video that my husband respects. Woohoo!)
3/16
Breakfast: none
Snack: 5 graham cracker sticks
Lunch: Big grab bag of Fritos, all beef hot dog with relish and mustard (normally don't eat red meat especially every part smushed together, but I needed something with iron)
Dinner: 2 slices of chicken pizza with bell peppers and onions, 3 chicken drummettes, 4 cinnamon sticks with icing (OK, this is it. No more junk although the pizza is OK).
Workout - The Firm Ab sculpting System 2 - 2 of the 3 workouts (I'll let you know tomorrow if I completed all this ab work) AND Winsor Pilates.
ETA 3/16 entries.

Lunch: Cheeseburger no bun
Dinner: Probably chicken
Snack: Banana nut muffin...oops!

Lunch: Lobster tail and steak.
Dinner: Same as lunch
It has been a ROUGH day.
Exercize:1/2 hour ellipse tonight.

Hello everyone,
I just started my fitness regime this past Sunday, March 14.
Sunday- March 14
breakfast- 1 english muffin with jelly, grape juice
lunch- nothing
dinner- I cheated- ate a fried chicken dinner with potato salad.
* worked out with 8-minute tae-bo tape, also did 1 set of stomach crunches, 2 sets of leg extensions, stair stepper exercises.
Monday- breakfast- a pack of cheese crackers
lunch- chicken filet w/ brocolli
dinner- baked turkey wings with cabbage
Tuesday- breakfast- nothing
lunch- baked turkey wings with cabbage
snack*- I had a sugar craving- went overboard and bought some powdered donuts and a bag of doritos- my 18th month son help me eat them.
dinner- mac'n' cheese, remaining baked turkey wings.
* I worked out in my home on my hubbies crossbow machine-
did 4 sets of leg extensions, 2 sets of bicep curls, 36 stomach crunches- whew that was tough!- didn't realize how out of shape I am.
Wednesday- breakfast- honey nut cheerios
lunch- cafeteria meat loaf with candied yams- yuck!
dinner- vegetarian chili prepared by myself

OK Can I join this fitness regime. I need to lose a hundred lbs by next january. (i'm hoping to set my wedding date based on how much weight I lose by August) isn't that sad. anyway I have issues but I'm working on them
Ok here is what i had today:
Grapefruit, slice of AK bread, coffee with Splenda
Tuna salad minus mayo with celery and carrot
corned beef stew(cooked on teh slow cooker with celery, carrot and spinach)- I drink 100oz of water a day. I think I might get fired coz I make so many trips to the bathroom at work.
exercise: step aerobics on monday, boot camp pon wednesday, step on friday, step on sunday-
I'll do a weigh in on monday

l: two slices of chicken pizza
d: Kavanaugh's jalapeno & cheese chicken smoked sausage with onions and 2 slices bread, Big Grab sour cream & onion chips
snack: dry roasted peanuts
Exercise: none
3/18
b: 2 slices honey wheat toast spread with peanut butter, glass orange juice
snack: 1 apple, 1 banana
lunch: sardines, crackers
dinner: ???? Don't know yet
snack: peanuts
Planned Exercise: TaeBo II for cardio, Pilates and 1 The Firm Abs workout, upper arm dumbbell work
