Perhaps you could get info by contacting someone through the NMA's website (the National Medical Association is largely made up of minority physician's). Georgia is in Region 3 to help direct your search. They don't have a list of physician's by specialty per se, but you can contact someone in the region for information. They may even have a directory to send out.

I dont have the names of any doctors that specialize with our skin but i know they have them here http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif I went to this dermatologist who's located in East Point, Dr Alvin Clair. He's an old white guy but seemed to have a pretty brisk business and had a good mix of patients (meaning all skin tones). I dont have his number available but he is listed in the Dermatology area under the Physician section of the yellow pages. I haven't been to him as yet but a trusted friend recommeneded Dr. Isaac Willis to me. I heard he's good but not the most considerate timewise so if you don't mind waiting, he's located on Howell Mill Road in Atlanta. His number is 404-351-8306.
