Constantly Getting SICK....

I have no idea why… My throat is on fire and I have a horrible cough -I have been meaning to get a colon cleanse forever now but I have put it off. I need to clean out my whole body from head to toe and build up my immune system. I take my multi-vitamins and I’ve tried to increase my water in take to 2.2 liters per day to a gallon…

Does anyone else get sick constantly? What solutions have you come up with?

If anyone knows anything that is good for flushing the whole body PLEASE let me know ...I hate this life!!! - and it takes forever for my colds to go away

Wow that is deep. would you mind sharing more? I just had tonsillitis last week in the mist of drama at work. I felt like i was being "told" to shutup and stop talking. I went to church and the sermon was about evil and not doing evil.

Check out Louise Hay writings. Whenever someone says something that upsets me and I don't react, I start sneezing and getting stuffy. It isn't the responding that is so important, but recognizing the underlying meaning I made out of the situation.

…I wouldn’t mind avoiding the S+H fee’s If I can…I also heard about the Dr. Natura's Colonix program -it is a bit more expensive and I would also have to order it as well so
