Has anyone ever tried this plan before? A couple of weeks ago I was in Biglots and saw some packages there. (It did not look tasty at all:nono:)

i get the link when i log in. ?You should sign in. It is free and the site is almost like Sparkpeople's. It is very informative.

my friend tried it last year and he did loose weight.

I ordered the food last week but to be honest, i like Lean cuisine and WW entres much better
