I had my first reflexology treatment today!

It was fabulous, very relaxing. She said my feet reflected that I was holding a lot of tension in my body.

I really did feel looser after I was done. She did 45 minutes on feet 15 on hands(correlating to sinus) and my nose has been running ever since!

I enjoy doing reflexology on my own feet, although I don't do it on a regular basis. I haven't had someone else do it to me though. mainly because my feet are ticklish!

There is a spa around the corner that says they do reflexology for $50 bucks but I'm not sure that it is bonafide.

For the price, it is worth a shot, but in NY you tend to get what you pay for....

Love reflexology. Had some on my hands this weekend and had an awful healing crisis after. It was good though because she showed me where to rub for relief in my neck and back. You have to rub out 'the grains' apparently.
