From Rite Aid for $29.99. It is called Pretika. I was a little skeptical, but the little brush was a little brownish when I finished, so I think it worked.

I always hate to think I have that kind of residue on my face despite washing 2 times a day.

I have the clarisonic and i will say that you should see a difference in your skin with the one you purchased if it does as good of a job at deep cleansing.

Okay, I am sold.

OT: but your hair is BEAUTIFUL! Can you share you regimen with me, please?

This is already making a difference in my skin. I really didn't think it would do all that much, but my skin is much smoother and clearer in 3 days..

I don't know if the results are equivalent to a Clairsonic, but the price is so much better $150 vs. 30.

brown on the brush can be skin cells and not residue... sort of resurfacing the new cells.

True, true. I'd like to think I'm doing all that with my regular skincare routine.

Wow, any update on this ladies??

I have been thinking about getting a Clarisonic for a long time but the price keeps getting in the way. Is the Clarisonic worthy of the money or will the $30.00 one do just fine?

I have never used the actual Clarisonic, so I can't answer for you. My $30 is working fine tho'.

O.K. I just bought the $30.00 one from Rite-Aid by Pretika and it does work pretty good.

The first time I tried it, it felt so good around my forehead and temple area that I exceeded the 1 minute buzzer.

I like how it beeps every 20 seconds to let you know when to change areas on your face.:yep:

I don't have heavy acne or anything, but I'm looking for texture change. I have big pores on my cheeks and around my nose. Also I'm trying to exfoliate while lightening dark areas.

Its only been 1 day so I'll update on my results after about 2 weeks or so.

Do you like the scrub and the cream as well? I like the way the scrub feels.

Yeah, I like the scrub alot.

It has a much better feel than the baking soda I was using before. My face was becoming a little tender off of that.

Baking soda hurts your face a bit too? See I was fine with it while I was massaging with my hands, but if I tried to remove it with a cloth it would sting worse.

:sekret: currently using a Hello Kitty kiddie toothbrush to see if I like the feel of brushes on my face before I purchase anything else. I was at Bliss today and the Clairisonic was out sending its siren song at me.

I don't have a Clairsonic or even the one you guys are using above. I do have an at home Microderm Abrasion set and I used the brush last night. My skin is glowing this morning. Thanks for the tip ladies - I forgot I had it. This is the picture:

It cost me $10.50 but it doesn't buzz or beep or anything. It works though.
