Ladies

I picked up the new Sephora book last night from the bookstore!! I love it. If you don't want to purchase it now just go in the bookstore, sit down, grab some coffee and read it!! There are several good tips in the book on hair, skincare, makeup ingredients all from the creative directors of the brands they sell. I love the visuals..

If you have it or have read what do you think ??

I've been looking at that. Have you read Allure's Confessions of a Beauty Editor? And if so is it better than that?

yep, better than that. Its a must have on the night stand (or floor if you're like me and don't have a nightstand)
