petroleum-mineral oil on skin

is it also bad to use pet-based grease to moisturize my dry skin. i was wondering but i have been doing this for since i was born. will my skin age quickly?? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I know it's bad for OILY skin, but I'm not so sure about dry skin.

I use mineral oil based products on my body (baby oil for one) and I haven't noticed any adverse effects but I wouldn't use it on my face (I have oily skin).
