Eyebrow Threading in South New Jersey

Does anyone know of a reasonably priced eyebrow threader in South Jersey (Burlington County) ? There is one salon that offers it, but they charge $20. I have heard of Salons in NY only charging 4-7 dollars. Thanks!

My mother found a place in Marlton or Cherry Hill I think. It is an Indian Market/Boutique. I think it is called India(n) Bazaar??? I don't know if they advertise the fact that they thread, but I am pretty sure she pays no more than $10. Plus they carry a hair products.
