Hi Delp-
I wonder about things like this sometimes too. But my opinion is that there is no way we would know what Adam and Eve looked like. Unfortunately, we don't have a photo of them. We can only speculate.....
I have seen a documentary on the different races on the Discovery Channel before. And it was mentioned that certain races got their features from their environment over a period of time. On the other hand, I have also heard that the Garden of Eden was located near the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers--so therefore Adam and Eve must have looked a certain way.
But I will say this, I don't know if environment makes a difference in skin color AND facial features between the races or if Adam and Eve did that. For example, a man who is dark skinned and lives in Africa is exposed to the sun. But if he goes to Iceland to live, won't he still be dark skinned? His skin would be a little lighter than when he was exposed to the sun in Africa. Now if he and his family stayed in Iceland for generations, would their skin get lighter. I don't know.
I said all this to say this--if the differences we have in skin color and facial features among the different races, don't come from the environment but rather genetics, then I would think that Adam and Eve looked "unique" (like if you saw them, you probably couldn't tell what race they were). I would think that between the two of them, they would have carried the genetic code for all races.
Interesting question.......
